Charles M. McLeod
Treasurer
Charles McLeod is the Treasurer of PHASE, Inc. and the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the subsidiary entities.
Mr. McLeod brings over 25 years of experience in finance and banking, with extensive experience in multifamily, Low Income Tax Credit/Affordable housing development, finance, and asset management of properties across the South and Midwest. Areas of expertise and experience include pre-development, development, finance, insurance, taxes (federal, state, local), and property operations.
Currently, Mr. McLeod is the AVP of Asset and Risk Management with IDP Properties, LP, a full-service real estate development company located in Valdosta, GA. IDP has been involved in the development, construction, rehabilitation, and ownership of multiple properties across the South and Midwest including affordable, HUD, USDA, historic adaptive reuse, and mixed-use development. With IDP, he was recognized by the Governor of Louisiana John Bel Edwards and HUD as a “Housing Hero” for exemplary work in affordable housing in Louisiana.
Prior to IDP, he served as a National Bank Examiner with the U.S Treasury-Comptroller of the Currency. In addition, he also served as a former Director of Asset Management for Ambling Companies, Inc., a large owner, developer, manager of affordable and student housing properties across the US.
MR. McLeod is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
